I have upgraded to the new Future Fibre Broadband and have been chasing for router to be sent.
During the week I called the Future Broadband Team to be informed there was a fault with there systems requesting new routers out. As of this evening FRIDAY I have still not go no new router sent and my service gets upgraded on Monday morning.
I need to know where is my router? and what can I do in the meantime?

Thankfully the router turned up this afternoon. Was not informed was arriving and came by the useless YODEL service.
Luckily I was in but no notifications at all it was arriving today.
Fingers crossed this switch on Monday is flawless

Sorry, but I think you need to contact them again, I doubt if this can be resolved via this forum currently.
All support for Future fibre is done via this site below. There is Live chat available at the bottom of it:-
The normal TalkTalk support for the Community (old OCEs) have no access to Future Fibre. However, they are getting trained up on this, so it looks like they will have access soon.
