Not being offered future fibre in "offers and upgrades" section in "my account"

Hello, 

 

My contract is due for renewal and I was hoping to upgrade to future fibre.  When I search as a new customer it appears to be available from TalkTalk at my address but I don't see it as an option when I log into "my account".   Shouldn't this option be automatically offered?

When it became available in my area I just called and did it over the phone - by far the easiest.

Call 0345 172 5129 and you will get straight through to the relevant team.
