I placed an order for Future Fibre on Saturday, but have had notification that an engineer will attend on 16/05/2022. I've moved into a new build property so Openreach have already brought the fibre cable into the house so I don't think the engineer visit is required? Is there a way to get TT to activate the line today, as I need it for work asap?
The ONT light is green for both power and PON. I was under the impression that because this is connected all that needs to happen is for TT to activate on their end and for me to plug in the router and I'm good to go without an engineer visit? Photo of the ONT attached.
