Despite 4 messages from Openreach confirming the appointment today and me confirming twice I would be available, no-one turned up. No call to apologise or to say why not. Have sat in from 1-6pm today waiting. Spent 2 hours yesterday clearing the room for the fibre install. Am now away for a number of days and can find no way of contacting Openreach or TalkTalk before I leave early tomorrow. I'd like to find someone to talk to but at this time all systems are automated and effectively useless regarding my problem. Any suggestions?
