I signed up for the TOP package of Future Fibre on the 3rd November and as yet I have heard nothing back apart from a confirmation email. What's more concerning is the price has increased since you advertised the Black Friday/Monday Offer!
Also, my contract runs out on the 3rd of Dec so you are trying to charge me full price for my old service!
Not good for a 14+ Year Customer!
P.S. My YouView Box has started playing up again like my last two. All recordings failing, guide takes 5 minutes to come up and old recordings and iplayers pixilate. Exactly how my last boxes went!
