Have you signed up for Future Fibre? What equipment have you been asked to return?

You've posted in the Future Fibre section of the forum, @KyreniaAnn, so your new contract is for fibre to the premises?

 

If that's so, what model was your old router? Staff can confirm whether that's suitable for the new contract, or whether you should have a new one and return the old.

 

Helpful if you could give more details, and make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account.
