Since 27th April 2022 my Ring cameras have failed to connect to the internet. I think SG4K100136 is preventing them from connecting to the Ring.com servers. Please can you revert the firmware.

Apologies. Will it be ok If I make a change to the firmware this afternoon?
We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
