Wanting to upgrade, but moving house within 6 weeks

Hi,

As the title suggests. I am wanting to upgrade to the 900mb package but i am also thinking of moving next month - can i switch my upgraded package to my new property (provided the property is able to provide the 900 package) and what charges, if any, will i incurr?

Also, i was recently banned off a streaming website via my IP? Apparently all i have to do is request a new IP with my ISP and it will be fine to re-register and start again?

Is this possible with Talk Talk?
