switch to TT, the address is not showing

Hi there,

I'm sorry if I posted in the wrong section, first time doing this.

I am trying to switch to TalkTalk (FTTP) from another. I can find my address when using the address checker, but It shows 404 in the result page. I recall a "lucky" experience where I got to the screen where I finally chose the location to install, but my room wasn't listed.

Anyone knows why?

@ywsave  you said "room" wasn't listed, so what kind of property are you in and does the connection come directly to your room rather than through a communal entry point and then distributed internally ?

Who is your current ISP ?

Yes, I do have an active FTTP with my current provider.  I have told them I am switching now.
