On 24 February 2022 I moved to BT and they install new fibre left me but TalkTalk still billing me and they don’t know anything about line or my connection, today on website I request network check and they send me this “TalkTalk Update: We've found a fault which may be causing issues with your service. We'll send an Openreach engineer to fix it at no charge in the next 2-3 working days. You won't need to be at home and we'll let you know when it's fixed. If more work is needed to fix the problem, we'll be in touch to book an engineer appointment

It looks like BT gave you a new number as the service with us remained active.
There is now a cancellation going through, due to complete in 30 days.
