I joined talktalk in November via uswitch and signed up for the £75 voucher within 90 days. I spoke to talktalk at the time who confirmed the order had been placed correctly for this offer to be valid. Needless to say this is now well passed 90 days and have received no response from emails sent to the query email address on the FAQ pages of both uswitch and talktalk. I’m a little aggrieved at this as BT matched the deal apart from this voucher and this was the pure driver of switching. I would appreciate receiving this voucher ASAP!
