My mother in law has been paying for broadband for years despite never owning a hub , after asking for a refund she has been told she should of read her bills ! she was given a number for someone called Craig to sort it and she has now been ringing him for 3 days but no answer and after leaving messages he has not called back ! Awful company ...AVOID
Hi @maizy1 welcome to the community are you seeking help for mother in law or just making the world aware? If it is the former please add the details for your mum in law to the community profile so her account can be identified and action taken.
