Adding Call boost in my account - International Max - Loading than no change

Hello,

 

I have attempted to change my account services at (https://myaccount.talktalk.co.uk/myservices/myservices/view)  to turn on "Home Phone Calling Boost - International Max " by ticking the box on the right of the page and then clicking update at the bottom but then the icon for loading appears and then disappears with no feedback to whether this has been added.

 

Refreshing the web page shows  the box not ticked again. I have cleared cache & cookies and attempted using Firefox and Chromium browser, each reproducing the same issue.

 

Any ideas?

When making ANY changes in you online account pop-ups MUST be allowed so that the confirmation dialogue box can appear.

 

Check your browser notification bar for blocked pop-ups.

 

Some other so called "security" extensions have also caused issues.

Make sure pop-ups are enabled and ad blockers disabled. That way when you tick the box and then click Update at the bottom you should get a pop-up window to confirm your order.
