I am renewing my contract and have had no problem with the broadband. However I have been unable to add the home phone. I have tried going to my account, choosing my services and selecting manage home phone boosts, but because I do not wish to change any of the settings it will not update and then confirm. I cannot see any other way of adding this to the renewal which I have probably done several times now in my frustration. Contacting talktalk has been no help as all they suggested was the advise above. Great full for any help

All of our services include a landline and home phone service. Can you clarify exactly what it is you're wanting to add to your order?
