Anonymous Caller Reject

For at least the last 3 months, I have been trying to switch the Anonymous Caller Reject service off.  Each time, I untick the Anonymous Caller Reject box, then click Update, but every time I return to the Phone Boost Settings I find the box ticked/checked again. Doesn't work with Chrome, Firefox or Edge browsers.

After it costing me than £6 so far, I'd appreciate your help turning off this unwanted paid for service.

Have you ensured that pop up blockers are turned off in your browser, there should be a 2nd window that appears to confirm the change.

Disabling my pop-up blocker was the solution.
