Discovered I was unable to receive incoming landline calls this afternoon - the last call received was yesterday. I can make outgoing calls and BB is fine.
I have tried with the phone plugged into the test socket behind the plate - no difference.
Talking with someone on online chat, I was informed that my line has call divert enabled and would I like it disabled - I said that if it was enabled it wasn't done by me, but if that is the case please go ahead and disable it. Was told it would take up to 10 mins, but more than 3 hours later the situation is still the same.
The last time this happened I was asked if I wanted landline calls diverted to my mobile - obviously the divert was removed after the situation was resolved.
