Hi. I moved house three weeks ago. Prior to the move, I confirmed with talk talk that I wanted the same services on my new contract as I had before the move. The only problem I was told, it was not possible to retain my old number. I had call safe active on my old number and assumed those numbers would be transferred across to the new number.
Today I have gone into my account to add a new number only to find a message there are no approved numbers on my new phone. I have selected my old phone number and it is saying this number is not currently active. I had over one hundred approved numbers! Is there anything I can do to get these numbers reinstated? Identifying them all and then typing them in seems like a big and an unnecessary chore

Sorry its not possible to retain the numbers, Once callsafe was deactivated on the old line the numbers will have been lost.
