Call Safe

I'm trying to activate call safe on my mother-in-law's account but it's not working. I've tried from myaccount and I get the message that it's been activated but it still shows that it's turned off and has no effect on in-coming calls. The same happens when I dial 1472 - it says it's activated but nothing has actually happened.

I will look into this, we may need to remove it and re-add it on the server side.

Make sure that your mother-in-law's TalkTalk number is in the Private notes section of your community profile and clearly noted as such, the support team can then investigate.
