Call boost renewal

A/c No: XXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS

My 24 hr unlimited call boost comes to an end 17 May (tomorrow).

I have tried, unsuccessfully, to renew this element of my Talk Talk package.

No way can I find how to do this. Every attempt to navigate the web-site just takes me round in circles...

A telephone call resulted in an unintelligible response from a call-centre with no help at all!

Over to you.

The new full price from 1st June is £16.00, @ganpixie.

They are probably standardizing the 50% discount so that it will show @£8.00 for those who take it up from that day.

It can't be done in advance. You'd need to first remove your current boost, let that update, then reapply the boost at the discount. A minimum one month contract would apply again.

I'm back!

Completed the questions from your PM - "will be in touch"...

I note there is a new 50% discount for unlimited home calls coming in June 2022.

Will that only be available from the actual date the offer goes live? And will it be available for all? It is only advisory on the TT website with no option to activate.

I have never had cause to use the PM function so was not aware of it ~~~ thanks for the info!

However, when filling out the 'form' when I click that I am the account holder then go to 'Next' I see a message that all question need to be answered!!!

I have answered all questions up to that point!

Thanks for the input but at this stage I will have to leave it.

I am going away in about 20-minutes and will be back in 10-days when I hope to be able to complete this task.

Until then ... 😪

@ganpixie, I've removed the account number from public display.

It's important to keep all personal information details in your community forum profile area, where staff can access it anyway using the landline number to identify the account.

Should be fine if that is all complete.
