We've had a fault on our line for the last couple of weeks and are unable to make or receive calls. Is it possible for TalkTalk to arrange a 'call divert' to my mobile?

You'll need to ask Talktalk yourself by phoning from a mobile to 03451 720088 or use Chat, @RICHCMATHER:
They need to do this as part of support during the fault. Make sure it gets removed once it's resolved. There's a charge for it if you set it up yourself in My Account.
Phone lines and Chat are live from 9am (no phone support on Sunday).
Forum staff are not back before Monday.
