CallSafe (1472) not working

I have tried to activate callsafe by dialling 1472. Each time I get an automated message "Sorry, there is a fault. Please hang up." It has been like this for weeks and the scam calls are really winding me up. It would be more helpful to be pointed towards a solution rather than being told each time that its (still) not working.

Hi, I switched mine on by going to my Online account then, My services, Manage callsafe.

 

I had the option to turn on and off.
