Trying to change Approved CallSafe Contact's mobile number online.
Edit option only allows change of name not their number!
Therefore to allow entry of their new mobile number I'm trying to remove old entry first to avoid confusion, before adding their new approved mobile number as a new entry.
However receiving "We are unable to carry out this action due to a technical issue. Please try again or contact us." message.
Tried using Google Chrome version 75, Microsoft Edge 44 or Internet Explorer 11 all with the same result. Can someone advise please?

Sadly this issue is a known bug and has been flagged to the Team responsible, At this time there is no timescales for the fix.
