On checking in My Account this morning, it appears as if CallSafe has switched itself off.
I seem to recall this has happened before, thankfully it restored itself to 'On' after a few days.
Although it is currently showing as 'Off' in My Account, if I dial 1472 on my landline, I hear the message that I normally hear when the service is active.
Would be grateful if an OCE could take a look into this and advise. Thanks.

I've checked the account and CallSafe is still active. But there is a fault raised for My Account as others are reporting the same issue.
