When I try to enable CallSafe on my account page, it tells me I need to upgrade to a new broadband package before it can be turned on.
When I call 1472, I get the unrecognised number error tone and message.
I'm currently only getting line rental and calls from TalkTalk. My broadband is provided by a separate company. We're on a SMPF.
Is CallSafe only available to all-inclusive customers who also have broadband with TalkTalk, or do I need to update to a more modern phone package, or is the SMPF preventing me from using CallSafe?
