CallSafe has been activated and working on my line for a long time. Now, without any actions on my part it is off. When I click on manage and turn on a message states it will take a few minutes however the function does not turn on. 

Do not know if it is connected but Service Status does not work either.

Tried Live Chat but as usual waste of time.

There is currently a fault raised for Callsafe status in My Account, Our network team are working on it. 


I can confirm that Callsafe is active on your line.

I was made aware of a CallSafe malfunction when I received a call from a number not on my approved list with no intevention from CallSafe.

This morning I arranged for a call from someone not on my approved list. Again it came in with no intevention from CallSafe. CallSafe is neither active or working.
