Caller Display not working

Hi,

I recently switched to Taltalk and Caller Display wasn't on. Up until today, I didn't have my account details to login and correct it.

Now that I am able to login, I changed my settings to turn on Caller Display. Then to check it is working, both my wife and I called home from our mobiles, but no numbers are being displayed.

 

1.Does TalkTalk Caller Display have problems with calls from mobiles?

2.How long does it take TalkTalk to actually turn Caller Display on ?

 

NB The phones Caller Display worked happily when we were with BT, so I know the phones work.

Hi @SwanseaMick

 

caller display should start within 2 hours of activating.  

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Ok, 

 

If you added it through My Account, did you get the confirmation pop up? Some pop up blockers stop this and when you click submit the request does not go through.

All's well, it is now working. Must have been the 2 hour lead time you mentioned
