Caller Display hasn't been working on my father's TalkTalk phone since July. I've done two live chats with TalkTalk support and my father has phoned TalkTalk support about 5 times over the last month. TalkTalk promise to get it fixed within 72 hours and give a time slot for when they'll phone back - neither happens. We've done all the tests necessary in the house (even bought a new phone, which was a waste of £60), but the display just says "Incoming Call".
Other people on this forum mention that a "lift & shift" at the exchange is necessary to fix this problem. Please can someone at TalkTalk look into this and make some progress towards getting it resolved. I've added my father's landline number to my profile so you can investigate this further.

Looks like a Lift and shift has been booked by our faults team today I would suggest testing again on Friday once its completed.
