Caller ID Display

The caller ID display has stopped working on my phone line.

 

Nothing has changed in terms of the connected phone and devices.

 

I have tried de-selecting and then re-selecting the Caller ID option in my account.

 

This has been the case for a couple of months.

 

Any help?

Is there anyway that you can test your phone on a friend or family members line to see if it works OK (assuming they have caller display)?
