As of Friday 28th Jan 2022, all my incoming calls on the caller display are shown as withheld. The  phone is working and I can take a call but the ID shows withheld  even from family or friends. I have rung from a mobile and another  ( Virgin ) phone with the same result.

Hooray, it worked. Unticked caller display left it for 12 hours then re-ticked.  Now back to normal.  Many thanks.

I will give it a try but the access to accounts has been down for two days now for upgrade work. So when it comes alive again I will try Thanks

Morning,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried removing Caller Display in your My Account and once this has been removed (this can take a few hours) then re-add this again in your My Account?
