Hi guys, after literally years of a fault-free service my caller ID has suddenly stopped working, handset just displays "External Call." I tried disabling the service in My Account, left it for a few hours, re-enabled it again, left it a few hours more, still not working. Could you look into this for me please?

No Idea, engineers are in and out of exchanges all the time,  its possible one of them has done something.
