Calling Circle add numbers error

I can't add numbers to my Calling Circle. Anyone know why?
I keep getting an error message saying:

We are sorry, but the number could not be added to your calling circle at this time. Please try again later

For 2 days. I keep getting passed from pillar to post from the chat to the help line.

Any ideas? (Other than screaming or changing provider).
