We get a dial tone but cant' make outgoing calls from our TalkTalk landline. We can receive incoming calls and the broadband is fine.. We did recently have a problem with receiving calls which then corrected itself (I think this may have been due to a problem at the exchange) - outgoing calls weren't a problem then. Please can you help solve this problem? Thanks, Simon.

Sorry for the delay.
The line test is still detecting the same fault towards the property.
If you have tested with a different phone at the test socket and are still experiencing the same fault then the next step will be to arrange an Openreach engineer visit.
