Hi. I don't know if anyone can help as TT technical team are worse than useless.
I have a new landline number and am on the vodafone network and cannot ring my landline from my mobile.. I get a message saying 'call forwarding on conditional'. My brother-in-law who has a TT mobile also can't ring my landline. All other networks seem to be able to and I can ring my mobile from my landline.
Vodafone are insistent it is a TT fault. Any answers? Thank you.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
