When callers dial my number it rings one at their end and goes dead. Does not ring at my end. Have done all the tests recommended by TT and no difference. Used different phones. I can dial out and have no problem with Broadband. From other threads I understand this is an exchange issue.

Tests are showing a loop fault towards your premises.
Have you tested an alternative handset with nothing else connected directly at the 'Test Socket' ?
