Hi, we are troubled by a virtually unusable voice landline. Have tested via master socket with internal wiring disconnected. No issues with broadband connection.
Auto line testing via talktalks website shows no issues.
How do we proceed to get this rectified.
No obvious way to email customer support??

Have you tried a new micro filter? What make/model of router do you have? If you temporarily disconnect the router, does the noise go away?
