my phone line just went dead yesterday, i can still use broadband but the phone just crackles, can someone check it please, thanks

A line test has detected a fault, So I will pass this to our network team to investigate.

We have requested an engineer to go out to the exchange in the next 48 hours. 

 

We can check the fault ticket on Wednesday for an update.

Our network have given the download stats for the date range 15.07.19 to the 17.07.19  and there is nothing out of the ordinary. 

 

Downloaded (in MB)  1220      Uploaded (in MB) 54

We didn't pick up any faults, but have requested for the line to be optimized, the sync speed should now increase. 

 

Monitor over the weekend and let us know.

Continue to monitor as DLM will be monitoring the line and will increase the profile when it feels the line is stable.
