my phone is not working There is a permanent engaged tone when I pick up the receiver and when I try to ring my number from my mobile, it doesn't ring, just cuts off. I have tried another phone in the master socket just now, and that makes no difference. Can you do a line check for me please? Thank you!

Can you please add your home phone number to your 'Community Profile' so I can pick this up for you.
