Exceeding landline call usage limit

Hi,

We have an unexpected charge (over £7) for the last 3 calls on our landline phone, we have expected that they would be free.

It's possible we have exceeded our £100 limit but have received no warning/texts about this.

Current usage shows itemised figures for every call but the last bill just shows every call at £0 (apart from the last 3 which were charged).

Wondered if anyone else has had any experience of this, I would have expected the warnings and service to be discontinued for the rest of the month instead of just charging for the surplus calls?

It depends what sort of call you were making,  do you have a boost, did you go over 60 minutes if so, etc.

 

You'd need to give more details @dfuller60, as people have very different deals among the various packages and options.
