Fibre phone query

Currently I have  ADSL but wish to upgrade to fibre. At the moment if I lose mains power my cordless phone is unusable, but I have a wired phone I can plug into the master socket. Would I still be able to do this if I was upgraded to fibre?

Yes, the phone service will continue to be delivered over copper wire, there is no change in that respect.
