Someone respond to my messages....(I've been paying for the service for over ten years).

Don't just read them and not reply....yes TT representatives included....please reply...

You forget I can see messages have been opened and viewed....

Now I think that's a good idea ....please reply....

TT - send a new Modem....

TT then send an email that says I can be charged for not "recycling" the old modem...(£50)

We return modem....TT don't know they if they have it.

I send proof of postage and delivery to TT and photo evidence...

TT member reads it and does not respond...

 

Now a response to that was needed.

People generally only reply if they think they are able to help or have something constructive to add.  So it is quite possible that someone may read one of your posts and feel they have nothing to add.
