Morning everyone. I'm posting on behalf of my parents. I live overseas.
They started their new contract for Broadband and Phone on the 27th of March. Internet is working but their phone lines are not which is very worrying for them - especially at this time.
Their phones are cordless with a base unit if that makes any difference. My Dad is usually pretty good with these sort of things, but he can't figure out why this is not working. No dialling tone - it just sounds like an engaged tone.
Any suggestions? Thank you!
