Hello.             I have been trying to get 'Caller ID' back on my home phone after it disappeared a few weeks ago.   I have  emailed, and spoken to various people, so far without success.  I should have had a phone call from you between 4 & 6pm today.  Unfortunately, I received a phone call from my daughter at 4.10pm, and after she had rung off, I saw a message on my answerphone from you.  I was asked to phone a certain number, and before I could write it down, I pressed the delete button, so I have been unable to contact you.    Could you please try again to contact me.;  As the phone account is in my name and I am very deaf, I give you permission to speak to my wife on my behalf.  Please accept my apologies for the mix-up today.   Thank you.   Robert Parsons

Good morning,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. Does the Caller Display service show as active in your My Account?

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Have you checked if the option is available in My Account? Other than that, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that the support team can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
