Home phone not working since Thursday. So difficult to report via chat line who follow scripts. You just want the line sorting but have to jump through hoops to get that despite paying for a working service. Some people particularly the elderly are reliant on a home phone, don’t use internet or mobiles, so left isolated and uncontactable.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Sorry to hear about this. Have you worked your way through the help article? If a single handset connected at the test socket still doesn't work then that is likely to be an external fault.
If you would like the online support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number are complete on your community profile here so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
