Ordered house move from TT and given date of 21/6/21.
Had visit from Kelly engineer on 21/6/21 who there was a problem on the line which needed Openreach to resolve.
So far 3 missed Openreach appointments.
All I get is 'sorry' from TT (India, including complaints dept).
Is there any UK based contact (TT or OR) that can be reached to get some resolution to this problem ?

Yes the problem was finally resolved. A Openreach turned up (he received the call only 40 minutes before he arrived) and rewired the main socket from the outside junction box to a new position. The previous owners (who bought the house to 'refurbish ??' it had done damage to the wiring.
