On Friday I reported the fault after 1 hour 30minutes on line with little satisfaction .I don't have a dialing tone and this is the second time in 2weeks .I am frustrated with the service need a reply and some action

Please ensure your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) includes your TalkTalk landline phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended). Add, then scroll down and save changes. The TalkTalk Community support OCE will then be able to link to your TalkTalk service account and check what's happening.
If there's a fault on the incoming line then Openreach will be there to fix it.
