@potsw, there's been confusion about Callsafe for around a year: first they said they'd stop supporting it, then they said it would continue with a £1.00 charge per month.
If you can't find anywhere in My Account to remove this, use Live Chat today via My Account or phone in on Monday after 9am to ask an agent to remove it. Check that there's no charge showing for it on the next bill.
