Internal line shift

Hi

i need to get my master socket moved internally. The new location Is only about 1 metre from the original,. Open reach tell me talk talk should do this, but I can’t find out how to trigger a process (or speak to a human)

Is anyone out there able to point me in the right direction?

Hi Matt,

This process is an LVR or Low Volume Request in Openreach Terms.  Lead times for this are approximately 2 weeks and Openreach will charge £128 for this.

Do you still want to go ahead and arrange this.  You may be able to arrange a local telecoms engineer sooner yourself out of the local paper / directory etc.  Let me know if you want to proceed.
