As heading says, the phone line is not working (no dial tone, nothing). The internet is working however.
The phone is plugged into the test socket and i have also tried a different handset to no avail.

This fault has now been closed by Openreach - Fault found in underground cable.
Is everything working ok now?

I've checked for an update and this fault is still with Openreach, no additional updates at the moment.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
The line test has detected a potential fault so I have passed this over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.
We should receive further updates within the next 48hrs.
