As heading says, the phone line is not working (no dial tone, nothing). The internet is working however.
The phone is plugged into the test socket and i have also tried a different handset to no avail.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
The line test has detected a potential fault so I have passed this over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.
We should receive further updates within the next 48hrs.
