LAST CALLER BARRING

Last call barring is shown on my account as active. Tried to block an unwanted number by dialing 14258. Answer " this service is not available". Why not? I am aware of Callsafe but this does not suit my requirements. Any ideas please?

Hi AkhiMertail

 

Can you try removing the last caller barring option in My Account.  Wait a few hours, the add the service back and see if this works.
